Laserc Project

We had the privilege of designing the CEO and Commissioner’s offices for the Lagos State Electricity Regulatory Commission (LASERC). Our design approach focused on creating spaces that reflect leadership, purpose, and functionality. We carefully considered the layout, material selection, storage space, and spatial flow to ensure the offices not only command presence but also support productivity. As part of this approach, we incorporated a dedicated area for relaxation and informal meetings. This provides a comfortable setting for quick strategy discussions, private conversations, or brief moments of pause, helping to create a balanced workspace.
